"Hi , I saw Jodie and just finished my program with her. I stopped smoking over two years ago, had a hard time getting of the 15 pounds I had put on. I went to see Jodie, and she put me on a program that was easy to follow, and the food was great. My last session with her was yesterday. I have taken off the 15 lbs and am now feeling great. She will also be coming with me to the gym to show me some machines to use, for a small fee. I highly recommend Ultimate Fitness and Wellness."
